We are a small Melbourne video production company that works with Australia's frontline industries: transport and logistics, healthcare and aged care, engineering and manufacturing, construction and civil, and energy and infrastructure. Our job is to help those businesses reduce risk, attract talent and win more work.
Frontline businesses move the freight, care for people and build the roads, and most of their staff are on a site, in a cab or on a ward. They are poorly served by agencies that have never worn a hi-vis vest. That is the gap Lift fills.
We have spent more than ten years behind the camera in depots, workshops, aged care homes, clinics, factories and live construction sites. The people we film are your own staff and customers, and most of them have never been on camera before.

Founder and Director
Grant started Lift and has spent more than ten years behind the camera. He looks after strategy and client relationships, and still directs and shoots.
Lead Videographer
Jock leads the camera work on Lift shoots. He has more than five years in the industry across corporate films, customer stories and events.
Videographer
Paddy shoots and edits. He worked across production and post-production while studying film, and has a sharp eye for short-form cuts.
Production Coordinator
Gisele drafts scripts and storyboards and keeps each production organised, from the first schedule to the final file.

We write the script or interview questions, choose who will be on camera with you, and speak with each person before the shoot day. Locations, schedule and site requirements are locked in before anyone films.
Your part: Approve the plan and help us line up people and places.
A small crew sets up quickly and works around the day you already have. We film the interviews and the work itself.
Your part: Have one contact on site for the day.
We cut the main film, add music, graphics and captions, and send it to you for feedback. Your changes are made, the film comes back for sign off, and the shorter social versions follow.
Your part: Collect feedback from your team in one go.
You receive final files in the formats each platform needs, with caption files, and LMS-ready versions for training video. We can also help you plan where each video goes and when.
